About us

We are a boutique service blending professional governance with a nurturing heart, dedicated to healing through connection and diversion therapy.

About Us: The Heart of Tailored Care Services

At Tailored Care Services, we believe that care is not a transaction—it is a connection. Founded by Mrs. Francesca Menzies, our service was born from a simple observation: the NDIS and Aged Care systems often lack the “human touch” required to truly heal.

We are a boutique provider specializing in Holistic Care. We don’t just tick boxes or fill out rosters; we walk alongside our participants as mentors, friends, and advocates. Whether it is navigating a complex life transition, recovering from trauma, or simply needing a reliable hand to lean on, Mrs. Menzies and her team provide a “heavy velvet hand”—offering firm professional boundaries wrapped in genuine empathy.

Our Leader: Mrs. Francesca Menzies

With over 30 years of experience spanning nursing, high-level administration, and community services, Mrs. Menzies brings a rare depth of knowledge to her participants. Her journey began in nursing, followed by years in the banking sector, which honed her sharp eye for NDIS governance and reporting.

However, her true calling was always the “caring side.” After years of dedicated service in Aged Care and Disability support, she established Tailored Care Services to offer a more personalized, “eclectic” approach to wellbeing.

Our Direction

Our Purpose, Clearly Defined

We are committed to delivering compassionate, reliable home care that supports independence, enhances wellbeing, and provides peace of mind for every family.

Our Mission

To provide a nurturing, high-governance care environment where we take each day as it comes. We empower our participants through Diversion Therapy, practical mentorship, and a “heavy velvet hand” that balances deep empathy with professional boundaries.

Our Vision

To be the gold standard of boutique care—a safe haven where individuals are not defined by their disability or trauma, but by their potential to learn, grow, and reconnect with the community. We envision a world where every participant has a “professional confidante” they can truly lean on.
